May 25, 2012 - Congratulations to our Fixed-Operations Manager Chris Thompson, Service Manager Steve Arlauskas and Service Team Leader Dave Harris for achieving platinum level customer service and being recognized with the Acura Guild Award for 2011. The Acura Service and Parts Guild Award is designed to acknowledge the commitment of those dedicated professionals who share both a passion to learn more about Acura products, and a desire to provide the highest level of quality customer service.
With each of these individuals achieving specific criteria for their job categories, they have confirmed their commitment to Acura, and dedicated themselves to the pursuit of excellence. The Acura Guild Program criteria focuses on the key areas required to build the foundation of a successful dealership: Training, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Retention.
