OUTSTANDING Customer Service! All I can say is that I am truly impressed and amazed at the quality of customer service I have received from your entire dealership from the moment I purchased our new 2010 RDX back in Dec. 2009 to now via the service centre. I have started servicing my 2004 Honda Odyssey in addition to my 2010 RDX as I cannot imagine receiving better customer service anywhere else. Steve @ the Service Dept. is amazing and should be commended along with everyone I have encountered in the service dept for their high level of customer service. My belief has always been, treat a customer well and they will become your loyal followers. Well, you did it, I have become a loyal Acura Oakville customer and I plan to share my positive experiences with my business and personal colleagues. In a few years, our household will be entirely an Acura family as I will trade in my 2004 Honda Odyssey for a new ZDX. Thank you for your hard work and commitment to customer satisfaction.
