Powertrain

Testing the Hard Way
We understand that in this life, anything can happen. That is why we pride ourselves on selling Acura's that go through extensive testing procedures and protocols to ensure that our cars are safe and secure no matter the situation. Desert sand tests are done in which vehicles are pushed to their extremes at top speeds for long durations, Acura finds any issues and fixes them before releasing them. Other testing environments include a dedicated shake room to test durability and interior and exterior wear and tear, and a wind tunnel test, to test aerodynamics, fuel efficiency, and sound levels. All faults that are found throughout these tests within any Acura vehicle gets fixed and retested before being released. This ensures that every vehicle that gets put out is in quality condition delivering the perfect driving experience for all.
