Acura Graduate Program
Student Accessibility
At Acura, we make it easy for newly graduated students to get behind the wheel of a brand new Acura. We want students to have confidence when making the decision to lease or finance a new Acura, which is why we designed this program to help them do so with little or no credit history under their belt.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
Eligibility:
- Enrolled in an accredited program including 4 year university, nursing school, police or military school or Community College (minimum 2 year program)
Documentation:
- Copy of student visa
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of enrollment at an accredited Canadian institution.
Credit Criteria:
- Lease or Finance term not to exceed duration of student visa.
- 10% of amount financed required in the form of a security deposit* or down payment
GRADUATE PROGRAM
Eligibility:
- Graduates of an accredited program including 4 year university, nursing school, police or military school or Community College (minimum 2 year program)
- Must have graduated within last 4 years or will graduate in next 4 months.
Documentation:
- Copy of diploma or proof of eligibility or transcript from Registrar's office
- Verifiable proof of full time employment and income or signed offer of employment
- Proof of monthly income sufficient to cover current obligations, expenses, and vehicle payment
- Valid driver's license
Credit Criteria:
- No Adverse credit history
- Payment cannot exceed 20% of graduate's gross income
Finance amounts are subject to approval.
Upfront fees excluded from finance/lease agreement.
Down payment may be required in some circumstances.
